Higgstec primarily offers capacitive touch panels with GFF and GG structures. Additionally, resistive touch panels with GF, GF2, and True Flat solutions can be provided based on customer requirements.

Higgstec primarily offers two types of materials for Cover Lens: Glass and PMMA.

‧Cover Glass:

    The standard thickness options are 1.1mm, 1.8mm, and 2.8mm. Thickness can also be customized based on customer requirements, supporting up to a maximum of 10mm.

‧PMMA：

   The standard thickness options are 1mm, 2mm, and 3mm. Other composite materials can also be used as substitutes based on customization needs.

‧ ITO Film Material:

Higgstec primarily uses ITO-based materials for design. Alternatively, Metal Mesh base or other composite metal materials can be provided based on customer requirements for size or application.

‧ ITO Film Thickness:

Higgstec designs primarily with 0.125mm thick PET Film.

‧ Layout:

Printed silver paste fine lines with L/S = 100/100 μm

Laser-engraved silver paste with L/S = 65/35 μm

Optical transmittance can reach over 87%. The surface of the cover lens is typically clear, but other special optical treatments such as AG (Anti-Glare), AR (Anti-Reflection), AS (Anti-Smudge), AF (Anti-Fingerprint), and antibacterial coatings are available and can be customized based on customer applications.

The supported sizes vary depending on the product structure and conductive material used:

‧ GFF Structure:

Standard: ITO Film supports sizes from 3" to 32".

Sizes above 32" require customization (optional materials include ITO Film, Metal Mesh base, or other composite metals).

‧ GG Structure:

Supports sizes from 3" to 32".

‧ FG Structure:

Supports sizes from 4.3" to 24".

Features such as waterproofing, active stylus, passive stylus, glove touch, gesture recognition, etc., can be adjusted based on the specific application requirements of the customer.

All capacitive series products can be designed with ESD protection based on customer application requirements and the selected controller. The designs can achieve:

Air Discharge: Up to 15KV

Contact Discharge: Up to 8KV or higher

‧ EMI Protection: All capacitive series products can be customized to meet customer mechanical and EMI specification requirements.

‧ Microsoft Certification: Products can achieve WHCK and WHLK certification according to IC manufacturer requirements.

The panels can be customized and designed to match the customer's existing controller brand.

In addition to conducting environmental aging simulation tests for various models, Higgstec also performs practical tests on the mechanical characteristics of its products, such as ball drop and drop tests. Furthermore, electrical performance testing, such as CS10V, is also carried out. For detailed information, please refer to the product specification sheet.

Aside from surface appearance, the standard warranty for functionality protection is two years. An additional one-year warranty extension can be evaluated based on customer application requirements.

The MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) varies depending on the size and product series. Additionally, to align with market-standard LCD sizes, Higgstec offers standard products for various applicable sizes, significantly reducing the purchasing quantity threshold.

All materials used in Higgstec's products comply with RoHS standards and have passed various international electronic material certifications, such as FCC and UL. Higgstec's products can achieve WHCK and WHLK certifications based on IC manufacturer requirements.

Based on different sizes and the dust-free level requirements of customers, Higgstec offers two packaging methods: carton packaging and tray packaging. Both types comply with the ISTA-1A testing standards set by the International Safe Transit Association.

To meet customer needs, Higgstec offers standard products across various sizes. Customers can provide drawings or LCD model numbers for Higgstec to verify and match products based on their application requirements. For structural design and matching, if the product is not a standard Higgstec model, the Higgstec design team will evaluate and provide customized drawings along with related product quotations.
